Telepathy Inspector 0.3 released

This version has a few new features, but the main thing is that its code and interface is better polished (for a pre 1.0 app, of course :-) ).

Main improvements are:

• [...].Connection.Interface.Aliasing interface is now implemented.
• There's now an option to automatically inspect unknown handles, making life a lot easier for higher level usage.
• Now there's a button for the "InspectHandles" method on connection windows.
• Improved the "Request Presence" dialog.
• A good deal of refactoring.
• Several bug fixes.
• Some changes in the build system.
