Telepathy Inspector now in Ubuntu Edgy (universe)

It was quite a technical hassle but it's finally there. :-)
Thanks to Rodrigo Novo (rodarvus) and Daniel Holbach (dholbach, a very enthusiastic fella) for the help.

After all the work I noticed that Launchpad is indeed a really powerful tool, but it can be sooo confusing.
